1. Enterprise Support Tiers
ElectronXD Technologies provides mission-critical support for all industrial hardware and SaaS deployments. Standard support guarantees a 24-hour response time for non-critical queries. Premium enterprise clients receive 24/7 dedicated engineering support with a 1-hour SLA for critical infrastructure outages.
2. Firmware & Security Patches
We provide guaranteed OTA security patches and firmware updates for all ESP32 and STM32 sensor nodes for a minimum of 5 years from the date of deployment. Hardware warranty replacements are subject to your specific B2B contract terms.
3. Incident Reporting
For critical MQTT broker outages or SCADA dashboard downtime, please contact your dedicated technical account manager or email manigandan.n@electronxd.in. Include your active Device IDs and error logs if available.
